"Hotel très bien situé, bien tenu. Lit confortable. Endroit tranquille. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Le lobby et les espaces de détente dont tres beaux et confortables. Le déjeuner sous gorme de buffet est excellent. Beaucoup de choix. Stationnement payant facile à proximité. Je retournerai à cet hotel si je devais aller à Inverness."

"The room was fine, clean and functional, though the window doesn’t open so it was a bit stuffy. Also, there is no soundproofing in the walls so you will hear what’s going on in the next room. This is an expensive area and this place is one of the cheaper hotels. The restaurant food was variable. The salmon on pea risotto was very good while the lemon tart was very forgettable. The staff were very good."

"Lovely room, comfortable beds, beautifully white towels and sheets. Comfortable beds with beautifully clean white bedding and towels. Clean bathroom with powerful shower and plentiful hot water and toiletries. Only negative was that the restaurant was fully booked for dinner so we couldn't get dinner at the hotel which is a big negative for an hotel. Also, whilst we were having a drink in the lounge the 'maitre de' came out of the restaurant and shouted at the top of his voice that a group was 10 minutes late for dinner which was rather indiscrete and embarrassing for them. Stands aren't the same these days!"

"the hotel was clean and tidy but needs upgrading in the future like most hotels this age. the hotel is in good location for the town centre. The bedroom was a good size but unable to open any windows. The tv was hard to get local programs and streaming channels. Overall we would stay again as we new the age of the property when we booked."

"We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our trip to Inverness! The hotel is very quaint and charming, and the location was perfect. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Wish we could have extended our stay!!"

"It was clean, housekeeping was excellent and friendly. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Hotels ok’d and quaint which I loved. Everything was excellent. It is so close to everything. Good was great. Fantastic stay."
