"We were put in a room that had mountain view although it smelt of heavy smoke and we asked to be put in a none smoking room. Once we complained we were moved to another room, although it was a twin room we were okay with this as we moved the beds together. The shower door was broken in the first room and this needs to be fixed. The lobby area is clean and tidy and very modern however work needs to be done in the rooms Overall a pleasant stay for the price. "

"Otel için müşteri memnuniyeti hiç önemli değil.İlk rezervasyon yaptırdığımda çalışan yanlış bir otele rezervasyon yapmış ve ve tabi fiyatları da o otele göre söylemiş,rezervasyon mailim geldiğinde baktım otel farklı.Tekrar aradım yanlış ekran acıkmış da fark etmemişim de gibi açıklamalar aldım,peki nasıl düzeltilecek dediğimde bunu iptal edeceğiz kendiniz yeniden şu kadara rezervasyon yaptircaksiniz dediler,başka bir yerde kendi hatalarını otel kendisi telafi eder ama bunlar hiç umursamadı...

"Turned up and were presented with a basic room, furniture, carpets are very dated as is decor. Dissapointed at first however following meeting other customers realised your paying for what you get. Food choices are limited but all edible, rooms are enough to sleepin and if im honest thats all you need them for, bar drinks are good up to 11pm from then on your paying and not cheap. Be better as a stay self catering and eat out as local restaurants and area are really good fun."
