Room was perfect, very clean, lovely warm radiators, mountain views. Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Pretty building and decor, toiletries included. Powerful hot shower. Comfortable bed. A minute or so from the lake, perfect position. 8 minutes walk from train station. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall was outstanding, incredibly clean and well put together. The whole theme was incredibly professional and scenery in the rooms and dinning area was outstanding. Totally blown away by how amazing it was. If you are a Harry Potter fan you will not be disappointed probably one of the best Harry Potter themed hotels. Make sure to check directly with the hotel before arriving when check-in ends as the listing on the app isn’t always correct. Will definitely stay again.

The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing.

Beautiful hotel, not the usual chain experience. Every CM was Incredibly clean and fresh. We had a family suite for 1 night, spacious like an apartment with comfortable beds and a fantastic bathroom. Natural earthy aromas float through the hotel to match the decor. the Mrs and kids loved it. Breakfast lovely and fresh. Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in.

Absolutely loved our stay here in Dervio easily the best and cleanest place we stayed during our tour of Northern Italy. The B&B had a great authentic Italian feel to it, full of character and charm rather than feeling overly modern or generic. We had booked this hotel, thinking it was not far from Lake Como. Actually, it is not, but way up a mountain, resulting in a drive of about 90 minutes. However, everything else about this place made up for it. The drive up there takes you through gorgeous scenery on tiny mountain roads. Unbelievably amazing hosting from Paolo and his family. Renovated in recent years to a lovely modern vibe. Breakfast with the views was exceptional.

Good location if you plan to visit lake Como, Milan and the surrounding mountains. I use it on regular trips when visiting my family and friends. Highly recommend
