"We had a great time at the Calista Hotel! Good location great breakfast and an awesome staff! Anna and Mia gave us a lot of information and recommendation about what to discover in Hanoi and for some nice food stations. Both are absolutely lovely! Would definitly book again ;-) Thank you!"

"Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day. "

"This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"A fine property, with good breakfast and eager to please staff. Conveniently situated in the midst the chaotic frenzy of Hanoi's challenging motorbike and car traffic. The only thing lacking was an English-language television news channel, an amenity found in other hotels even in smaller cities, like Hoi An and Hue. One likes to know what's going on outside Hanoi, too."
