The room didn't have a bathroom attached to it, there were multiple bathrooms per level, great location, and importantly, it was clean. There was one incident where my mom called the front desk and the front desk person said I wasn't checked into the hotel instead of just passing it to someone that could understand her question... Overall, really good. I came back from an excursion earlier than expected and booked this hostel again. The staff were friendly and willing to help if you had any questions. Located in the old town, it is very convenient including the night market. Bath towels were replaceable, sheets and a toothbrush set were provided every day. You can also use Japanese electrical outlets without any problems. It's a restaurant and full of guests, so I used to eat 25 banh mi there as well. The sofa is nice and soft too. The toilet and shower room next to 203, the shower room on the right, the lock is loose and the door won't close. If you have sandals, you won't have to worry. I also left my luggage with me and went to pick it up myself, so I didn't have to worry about being cut off as mentioned by other people. Everyone was sorting out their backpacks.
