The staff are very sweet and helpful with good English. The rooms are as we expected. Beds are firm as normal in SE Asia and rooms are comfortable. I had an issue with the shower flooding the first night and was given soiled towels to mop up the water! Not a great start. Breakfast was adequate with eggs cooked to order- fruit and toast were also available. We had to keep asking for more plates which was strange. Note that the lift goes up to the 6th floor only, so if you’re on floor 7 or 8 you have to carry suitcases up flights of stairs.
