"Maybe it was the off season but I’ve never stayed in as nice a hotel for $92. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The 2 star off is for management: Friend looked at hotels. The pictures for gym seemed to show one gym with free weights and one without. So he called and asked. Answer was vague: “We might have one.” He ended up going to a more expensive hotel nearby. Less convenient for our stay. I sent him a pic of weights available and they would’ve been fine for his purposes. Apparently there are two La Quinta’s close to each other in that area. Management should update photos to accurately depict specific location’s amenities. Management should also train staff on amenities specific to location."

"Arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. after some flight delays only to find out the hotel canceled our reservation. Morgan Wallen having a concert in town that night may have something to do about that. Had to spend over an hour on the phone with Expedia's relocation services because almost every hotel was booked. I feel the hotel should have called to verify if we were coming before canceling our reservation. They really left us in tough situation when we were exhausted from a long day of traveling. Only good thing I can say is that they paid for the Lyft to the next hotel in Hudson."

"Horrible experience. No hot water for the shower, room was probably around 90 degrees and I specifically called down to the receptionist but no answer. Left multiple messages and never a call back. Slept maybe an hr after driving 16 hours not only because of the heat but also the banging of the doors all night long. Then, I had valet bring my vehicle in which the attendant proceeded to tell me he put the $51 charge on my tab, but I had already prepaid for parking thru Expedia. To boot, I couldn't get a printed, itemized bill because nobody was working the front desk, only the valet attendant. Almost $250 for a $120 room that was way too hot and water was freezing to shower never mind the overcharges for parking. Never stop here again."
