Night was peaceful and the awesome hot tub was perfect to ease our aching legs. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and chdck in and out seemless. Perfect escape feom the city "

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"The room was clean and bathroom was nice heater wasnt easy to use so gave up and was cold and it was so loud due to windows not being sound prof And it was so cold the bed had a sheet and a polo fleace blanket on it and a spare blanket and thats it defanatly need too do better"

"We enjoyed the location, and amenities were good. House could have been cleaner, as the floors and beds were full of sand. We needed to strip the beds and shake out the sheets to be able to sleep in them. Looked clean superficially."
