"Well, for one, I was worried about sound as I could hear neighbors room outside our room. The noise disappeared inside our room. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound insulation. Friendly staff, the bartender was super friendly and personable. Tony was definitely a highlight of the stay. The front staff member was also very friendly. I think name was Ari. "

"The check-in was friendly and informative. The room was quiet and mostly clean but there was some damage to the sofa and a desk chair probably from a dog. We reported it. It was not that easy getting Wi-Fi but we finally got in. Never had that problem at any other Marriott. The breakfast was good."

Room was very clean with all the amenities of home. You will have easy access to the interstate roads, malls and Roanoke is just a short distance. "

"The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom door in the basement didn’t close. The wood shudder inside the house on the windows didn’t close fully. The house had an old smell and animal pee. I did one load of laundry and noticed plumbing was duct taped together and held up by yellow electrical wire and had negative fall. I contacted Courtney before staying and she was a pleasure to chat with and made sure there was dress propane there for us to grill and have some good recommendations on...

"We were in town for a wedding and reserved a room. It was clean and was just like the pictures and the description. The establishment and stairways was very well lighted for safety. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Beverly H"
