We had a short break in Ottawa. The accommodation was ideally located next to the rail link service to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable.

2 parents away for a night from kids for first time in years so sleep was key- checked into a room and within an hour it was clear we could hear everything in the room above, especially chairs being moved. The receptionist, who has a young son her service, was very understanding and moved us to a room where no one was staying above that day. Quality service recovery!

Great location for Ottawa airport.

Great little motel - friendly welcoming staff - good little breakfast - clean rooms - quiet and great set up with parking outside the room

We were looking for an overnight hotel to stay. Very easy check-in, big rooms and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was good, although can get crowded. Early breakfast recommended.

This was perfect for my trip to see a conference at the Canada Tire Centre. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful.

Chris was a welcoming host, provided us all the details we required for our short stay the local town of Wakefield had great place to eat with wonderful views as a backdrop.

Efficient check-in. Clean hotel. Convenient paid-for parking. Room was clean and comfortable with black out blinds that work. Full sized fridge provided with coffee making equipment (didn’t use). Only comment I have is people making noise at 2.30am in the corridor. I was next to the cleaner’s room and lift lobby but only heard noise in the mid-afternoon when they finished. We purposefully visited the Art Gallery and History Museum so the location was great for us; 15 min walk across the...

Excellent hotel, had everything we needed, room was spotless and comfortable and breakfast was decent. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is full of spectacular staff and very well located right by a stunning museum great river walks and a high bridge into the main city which might not be for faint of heart but gives great views. Kitchen was a bit under equipped and all was serviceable but bit dated. Staff however were always very helpful finding anything that was missing and so friendly. Would go again.

The ladies at reception are very friendly, and one of them (I don’t know her name, but she said her daughter works at the hotel too) gave me some ideas of what’s nice to visit. I had some lovely chats with her. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with a good choice of (take-away) restaurants and a very big supermarket nearby. Ottawa is only 20 minutes by bus away, or you can walk there in under an hour. Highly recommended...

Located close to downtown and within reach of whatever you want.
