Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Well placed near the station abd only minutes away from the tower. The room was quiet, the shower was hot, the wifi worked and the bed was confirtable. Would recommend

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back

We stayed for two nights in our way back from Florence as we needed to be closer to the airport. The hotel is near to the train station for our arrival, and it was €10 for a taxi to the airport for our departure. We walked to the Leaning Tower, (about 25 mins) on our first day, the second day we took the train to Lucca which was lovely. Ideal location Helpful friendly staffs Popular restaurant 3 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to bus station Leaning tower of Pisa only 10 minutes bus ride from station WiFi good. Highly recommended for the price. Will definitely recommend to friends n family.

FANTASTIC. Great location, very clean. Very easy arrival at B&B, excellent communication. Shower Very good, pillows lovely, croissants, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and water in room for breakfast. Mini fridge in room. Hot water available in communal area for the lots of tea we had (Had to take our favourite Waitrose Decaf teabags with us!) Also communal area has a microwave. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

This guy s a fantastic hotel! Wonderful facilities and food. Also, the staff are super helpful and friendly - sent us to a great garage who fixed our broken rear view mirror The area is spectacular! A five star place!

We stayed in one of the outbuilding apartment. Excellent breakfast and good choices! Cappuccino is on tap. Bed is not that comfortable, but serve the purpose. Sound insulation is not that good as you can hear the next door speaking etc in the night.

Loved the vibe of this hotel. Loads of locals using the cafe and the beds were comfy! Location was close enough to the restaurants but out the way enough for it to be quiet. We felt so safe and welcomed here Always welcomed with a smile, great service, amazing food and drink! Will be booking to come back!

Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊

Yes it is a bit away from the centre but a 20 min bus ride for €1.20 is well worth it.Breakfast as expected as it is continental but everything on offer.Staff very good especially Eliza who went out of her way to help advise and assist.It is on the flight path but you do not stay in the hotel all day and there are no flights at night.Shower a bit small but nothing wrong with spray as it can be adjusted.(Lever on cap).Comfortable bed with extra pillows if required.Pizzeria just down the road and...

The room and bathroom were large and we'll furnished. The location was a short walk from the cathedral and leaning tower. Our room had s balcony from where you could glimpse the top of the tower.
