We stayed 3 nights for a getaway to the Matsuyama area. Nice, clean, new, modern hotel. Fabulous bathrooms, not the pre-fab plastic units so common in many Japanese hotels. Shower was larger than mine at home! Wonderful breakfast buffet at Wine Bar on first floor.

Yes it's a love hotel, however it's fabulously well equipped has spacious immaculately clean rooms and some of the best facilities and amenities I've experienced, better than Hilton suites frankly. Well worth the stay.
I took a bus from the airport and it stopped at the front of this hotel. Okaido street was just right across the street, lots of restaurants there.
