The front desk crew was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and quite. The breakfast was okay, it was a set meal with little food. Location is excellent if you are here for the famous Dogo onsen. Staff allowed me to park my bike for free near the front of the hotel. Par contre, nous avons eu une chambre fumeur, sans possibilité de changer, ce qui est pénible pour les non- fumeurs. En ce qui concerne les petits dejeuners typiquement japinais, sans possibilité de choix ou d'adapation, ce qu'il faut savoir au départ.
