Very clean, newly refurbished pub in a good location with interesting artistic decorations by local artist who owns the property. Good base to explore this part of the Wales/England border. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the pub both nights and evening meal was also very good. Lovely staff. Parking seemed to be no problem, either in pub's very small car park or on roads in village.

Perfect stay! The hosts, John & Nigel were so welcoming. Property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Breakfast was great, a lovely selection for the whole family. Great view too!

Stayed here over a 2 nights and would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. The staff, landlord and landlady are genuinely the nicest people I have stayed with. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Atmosphere in the pub was lovely and the staff are happy to help in anyway you need. Rooms were spacious, clean and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and was just what was needed to set us up both days.

Very plain room staff are excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Dining room could be better.

The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was excellent and the amenities are fantastic.

Booked it for access to Ludlow castle , was everything we wanted comfortable b and b in right place , breakfast was nice

These pods are first class, as is the pub. Incredibly friendly helpful staff, delicious food and a perfect location. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean however it is smaller than we expected but it was worth for money. Free parking available however it gets busy in the evening because the people those who are coming to pub also use the same carpark. The hotel situated in a great location. Aldi and Tesco Extra are few minutes walking distance. Curry house and kebab shops are close too.

The accommodation had been double booked but they still went above and beyond to find a resolution and we did in fact stay at this lovely property. Our room was immaculate, the bathroom was stunning with the most amazing bath and shower! The food at their restaurant was “to die for”. It just melted in the mouth and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the beer garden and chatting to some of the local people, who met us with warm welcoming smiles. Would definitely stay here again!!

The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly.
