It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. "

"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. "Our second stay at this well placed, clean, comfortable hotel near Ramsgate. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was large, comfortable bed, very clean. The bar area has lots of comfortable seating, TV. The breakfast is possibly the highlight, plenty of choice including full cooked option which you help yourself to. Well cooked, hot, eat as much as you like. Parking could be an issue, especially for later check-ins, probably because this hotel is very popular, easy to see why."
