"Extremely kind and attentive staff, lovely people, great location. There were a few details like the occasional missing handles on drawers and a loose electrical outlet but this did not detract from our comfort and experience given the other positive factors and yes there were complimentary cookies every night and coffee and water in the lobby. We walked everywhere. First visit to Savannah, what a beautiful city."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. You can walk easily to all sightseeing and slog the river. Go and see the plant and the area around. The hotel facilities are very good and there is coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast is not bad, a usual American breakfast with some eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and sausages. There’s parking on streets if you don’t want to pay 40 bucks for the valet. Savannah’s city website makes it easy to pay on the phone via app. "

"Wonderful hotel with modern features—wood plank flooring, hidden bathroom entrance, extra bench-style seating along wall, extra table laptop stand, comfortable bed and the best FREE breakfast I’ve ever had!!! Only complaint—PLEASE include firm pillows, not just the super soft ones!"

"The staff is super! The Inn is in the perfect location for shopping and restaurants - walkable to almost everything. The atmosphere in the Inn is definitely a bit spooky, especially at night. But no visits from the spirit world during our visit. LOL"

"Our room was lovely. Appointed with comfortable furniture for sitting and relaxing. Our room provided all the amenities needed for senior citizens or the handicapped. The only thing I would have preferred was king size pillows for the king size bed, but I find pillows are an issue in every hotel."

"Depending were room is located we had significant amount of noise. However, they cannot control sirens or other car noises. Our room needed a few things and they were on it right away. Which was great! Staff was wonderful! "

"The room was a little smaller than some holiday inns I have been in.very clean and comfortable. The parking is absolutely insane I’m handicapped the first night I drove in circles looking for parking. There is only valet but kinda pricey for what you are already paying for hotel."
