"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"when i arrived , yes i have a kid 5 years old they said i was lying and they me paid 20 eyros more, my reason not to mention is that we dont use the bed , our son sleeps with us, but the room was very hot , so next day i said you mentioned in the ad that the hotel has air conditioning and it dint have, ans she said that they on the aircondition only if they think clients will need , so for us was very hot night and expensive night, but the hotel yes is new and very good facilities"

"I stayed here for a solo trip to get away from the big city. This hotel and staff didn't disappoint. The rooms and hotel itself were impeccably clean and the staff was amazing. It's also a perfect distance from Laredo. Far enough from the city centre but close enough to walk. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to go to Laredo. I do hope to come back as well."

"Nice hotel at a perfect location. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The heat in the room and hall was excessive and no one seemed to know how to lower it. Beautiful people,"

"Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. "

"Wonderful hotel at Trengandin beach in the beautiful town of Noja! What can I say? I’ve been coming to Noja since the 1970s, originally in a Campervan on this beach with my parents. Now if I have business in Bilbao I always make a trip here, it’s my happy place. Stunning views, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), freshest of seafood, and very comfortable rooms. Don’t expect to hear and English during your stay though, which just adds to the charm!"

"Nice little beach front hotel. I wish we had booked a beach facing room. The view would have been amazing, I’m sure. Our only drawback was the lack of usb ports available in the room to charge phones etc. These are pretty standard in hotels now and the lack of even one port was unusual."

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms to the left, to the right, above and below. If anyone chooses this hotel to use the Spa - don’t be fooled. You have to pay extra and the use is timely limited. All in all it has a alternative hippie charm. It was clean though. But not necessarily something I’d recommend "
