"We only stayed one night but had a wonderful room with a panoramic views of St Ives. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were aware beforehand that there was no onsite parking and the only downside was finding the hotel. Although there is a post code it doesn't help. You need to park in the station car park. The hotel is then found down a flight of steps."

"On the waterfront is this amazing property. The rooms are pleasant, the place is full of history. Parking is a little difficult and the streets very narrow but it is an ancient town"

"We had a lovely Seaview room and the whole property is absolutely charming! However, as with many older properties, the room and bathroom was quite small and there was a minimal sound-proofing. We loved our stay though. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great, and the property was gorgeous "

"Stayed in the hotel itself. In the bigger King suite. Very comfortable bed, great view, breakfast was tasty, spotlessly clean. Could do with improvement but didn’t take away from our stay: floorboards from above creaked a bit (to be expected in a Manor House), no evening meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"We use this Hotel quite a lot for work, rooms are nice & staff are always really helpful if required. Perfectly situated for our short commute "cracking walk along the front first thing in the morning, if the weather allows!!". Myself & my colleagues will definitely be using the Hotel again when we are back down in a few weeks. "

"Our 1st stay here. Nice room with sea view all nicely clean. The largest towel was not very large and that really is the only complaint. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the service from them was great. A pleasure to have stayed and hopefully we will visit again sometime. Some of the breakfast tables need to be available in the shade as even in February it was too hot sat there."
