"Staff were very helpful, especially when my husband had a fall in the room. the manager came to the room and stayed until ambulance was called. The first room booked was a standard room via Hotels.com. Upon arrival, found room was unacceptable...very small room with standard double bed, view of building next door. Negotiated better room after paying more."

"It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come back again to reminisce the unforgettable experience we had this time."

"Amazing 4 night stay at Tregenna Castle. Perfect location within easy (but steep) roadway through the castles woodland walk. We paid extra for a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Large room with comfortable bed. Food was fab… Sunday roast was to die for. 100 % would recommend staying here."
