"When you get to your room do an inspection, head to the main lobby and give them a list of items to clean /fix. Service is great, they just need guidance on cleaning The reef and cabana area more than makes up the room issue. Unbelievable snorkeling - I am a week swimmer and loved it. "Had a 1 night stay . Flight arrived at 4am. Was greeted professionally and checked in. Room was clean and neat. Has a refrigerator, coffee and tea . Air-conditioning was perfect. Bathroom clean also. Would recommend.. fyi does not have a large lobby only about 3 chairs so not ideal for waiting . Staff was friendly, helped me with luggage and helped me get a taxi. Definitely would recommend. I did not use any other amenities I was only there for 1 night . "

"This is a great budget option for an all in-inclusive resort in the heart of Hurghada. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was built for European guests. There are two pools available for lounging and access to a mini-beach if you feel like some time at the sea. While not as luxurious as other resorts, this is a solid choice for the price."
