Excellent bb. Lovely friendly couple to welcome you, lovely room. Animal friendly, good location for Bude area. Continental breakfast is loads of fruit, cereals, toast, juices, all in all fabulous. Tea or coffee offered regularly by great hosts Julian and Paula. Definitely one to return to.

We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return!

The Blue Lion is ideally situated for a stop over when making a long journey to Cornwall. The room was well equipped and comfortable. There is some traffic noise from the road, but that did not spoil our one night stay. The staff were welcoming and the locals were friendly. The evening meal was excellent. I would stay here again if travelling in this area.

Everything about Boscastle House is just right. The house is spotless with much attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served in a very pleasant dining room by Dawn. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Great litlle B&B really friendly and just a nice short walking distance from Instow beach. Breakfast was great and little touches like afternoon cakes just added to the experience.

We've stayed at The Cornish Arms on many occasions and it never fails to disappoint. Fantastic welcoming staff, wonderful food (dinner and breakfast) and a well-appointed and luxurious room.

Unique for this B&B is the hospitality of Iain and Jack. They make for you a delicious breakfast every morning and serve it in their kitchen. In the evening you can read a book in their superb living room. So many details in their house. A pleasure to see around. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean.

Walking the SWCP and this hotel was perfect for my needs. It was clean, friendly staff and the onsite pub/restaurant served good quality food. Highly recommended

We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay, friendly and welcoming staff

This is real gem, hidden away in the Devon countryside, at the end of long private driveway - with rather too many deep potholes, a danger to your car's tyres and suspension. Once you're there you get get a warm welcome - all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are quite spacious. and the beds are very comfortable. Dining is a speciality, and though the portions may seem small to some, they are beautifully prepared and presented, preceded by tempting amuse-bouches served...

10 out of 10 very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our new favourite place, absolutely faultless. Food is exceptional, a significant step up from your normal pub grub. Our little pooch was also made to feel incredibly welcome and even served with her own little platter of treats. A beautifully clean and well presented restaurant experience that welcomes anyone whether it be special celebrations or a party of hikers that have just conquered Dartmoor. 100% we will be back and bringing friends and family.
