staff very friendly place is spotless

This hotel was better than I ever expected. Modern decor inside and very helpful staff.

Really nice staff, pleasant room and fabulous breakfast.

Clean, modern accomodation. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet. Slept very well.

We had great overnight stay. Check in and check out easy and quick and staff lovely. Room was a suite which we were allocated on arrival and loved this Huge room with lovely views of the river. Room clean and bed comfy. Breakfast lovely and staff work hard great choice for breakfast. Location of the hotel great for shops, bars and restaurants. Had a great stay and will return

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was very nice. Great location for the city centre.

We booked a 5 night break at a special price and found that the offer was outstanding. The receptionist was friendly as were all the staff especially the breakfast lady in charge. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was small as was to be expected as it was an offer BUT the room was clean and tidy and tea and coffee together with shortbread biscuits EVERY day. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small but the shower was big and very good pressure. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the room. No parking on-site but there is a car park...

Elevated to good by the friendly and helpful staff. Booking in worker, Lee, particularly pleasant and helpful. Clean, well staffed and reasonably priced. Recommend !

Room was great and amenities good.

Comfiest bed I ever slept on! Had the best sleep

Lovely, comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff.

As stated nice and clean. Food and drink good. Staff excellent receptionist very helpful, courteous polite. Night Porter was so helpful too.

I have stayed at lots of hotels. I would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff who put my wife and myself as their family and did a very good job of looking after us.I would go back there when we got back to Dundee. Thank alot all of you see you all next time Reverend D and Reverend Christine's
