"During my check in time, there was 2 Indian staff (male & female) at the counter. They had a good customer skills, superb staff, very helpful. However, the surrounding was so noisy until wee hours in the morning."

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, not only with a welcome drink, but an invitation to afternoon tea each afternoon of our stay. "Whilst touring Malaysia I stopped off at Georgetown Penang for 3 nights I stayed at the Victoria Garden hotel. It was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. All Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. The Hotel is modern, well furnished and immaculately clean. It is in a good location to explore Georgetown and surrounding areas. The rooms are very good and well serviced. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my next visit."

But ok as I looked at breakfast and didn’t look good so went out and bought at coffee shop round corner. Room was clean and water each day. "Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 pax under same reservation reference no. but given only 1 room upon check-in. After further check with the reception, the rooms were upgraded to 4 pax capacity without extra charge. Room TVs are not functioning.
