Personalen var väldig hjälpsamma men tyvärr var hotellet i väldigt dålig skick. Byggnaden var gammal så de kunde inte rusta upp hotellet med hiss och andra bekvämligheter. Till alla rummen fick man gå uppför en lång trappa vilket är ganska jobbigt när man har stora bagage att bära upp. Tyvärr uppkom många problem med rummen vi bodde på under vår vistelse och vi kände oss väldig besvikna. Tyvärr. Its comfortable for 4 pax but sharing one big bathroom and a small living area. No room service unfortunately, room has got microwave, small fridge, kettle, 2 TVs, full bathroom amenities, iron with board and hair dryer. Location is 5 to 10 mins walk to Chinatown, Prangi Mall, TOP, 1st Avenue and convenient store. There is a wine and deli few doors away and a Bali Thai Massage place next door which i tried and would not recommend. Getting Grab is pretty easy but night time, the streets are pretty dark.
