We requested for twin beds. The check in process didnt take long. The staff at the counter were friendly and professional. The room was nice n comfy. We didnt ask for the room with a view..so there was no need to peak out through the glass door. The pool is okay; good size and there is a pool for kiddie too. Unfortunately, the person inchrge of giving out towels was not always there. Most of the time he was not at his counter.
