"We got the room with the loft, very clean and spacious. Only stayed for one night, the rooms are much better than pictures shown. We are a family of 5 and first time in France, stayed in a few hotels from Nice to Paris, and my kids like this property a lot. The front staff is nice and helpful. "

"Overall, a little dated but quite an OK place to stay. Walking distance to McDonalds, Lidl, Ange Boulangerie and several other eating places. The room was quiet. The restaurant/bar onsite, Partage, looked inviting although we didn't eat there. Parking was good. The main issue was the smell of the drains in the bathroom, which seems pretty common in France. Reception staff were very obliging. "

"Hotel de L'Amphitheatre is perfectly located. When you walk out the front door the arena is right there. Despite its very close proximity to a busy area the hotel is very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The room was bright, spacious and clean albeit simple. Artur was so helpful and friendly. He carried our very heavy bags up to our room while we went to park the car. If you have a car it will be tricky because you can't drive into the old town. There are several...

"Its a great spot a little out of town so it will take about 20-30 minutes to walk in or out. There isn’t much around there in terms of restaurants or shops. But I would go again."

"This is a beautiful property in the heart of the city. We paid extra for the top floor view and it was worth it. A wonderful base to explore Provence. "

"The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."

"When arrived we were told no food was available were more than disappointed as the hotel the night before had same issue and we had to go searching for food, i explained that to a pleasant young man called Cedric nipped out came back he will sort something come in at 7pm he fed a few weary travellers that it was very gòod. So nice to see someone prepared to go above and beyond thank you Cedric"

"Beautifully decorated hotel. Easy to find and in a quiet location. However, it is not in the town centre and is easier to get there via car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a small car park which was easy to use in the winter but not sure how accessible it will be for the summer period"
