However, the lady who works in the mornings received me in a very unfriendly and rude manner. Her attitude was noticeably cold and unkind toward me, which stood out negatively compared to the rest of the experience. It honestly felt like a grey cloud over an otherwise wonderful hotel. "Excellent location in the old town close to lovely beaches, good restaurants and traditional bars. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful particularly the reception staff and room service . Breakfast great with lots of choices, delicious bread & yum pastries. The room was absolutely spot on , clean , good quality bed linen & a decent shower. Will definitely recommend it !"
