"Allocated room 6. I had to get help to open both windows (room and bathroom). The bathroom window wouldn't stay open so the receptionist bought extra towels up for me to wedge under the sash as it was really hot that day."

"The disabled access room was excellent, the buffer breakfast was very good. Only issue with the hotel was the room telephone did not work, despite best efforts of staff. Had to use reception desk phone to call my bank overseas. Fettykill restaurant next door was a disaster, was refused dinner on the 1st night, despite arriving 1hr before closing, because they had already shut kitchen at 8:30pm. 2nd Time despite booking table, most food was gone, food served cold, waitron never came back after serving food. Had to go to bar to order more drinks, restaurant manager surly and unhelpful. Not a good reflection on hotel."
