"The room that was shown as available was not a correct representation of the room and left a lot to be desired in terms of accessibility. The Hotel did ring late morning to advise step stairs. However we had already committed ourselves to travel and this was the last room available.The furnishings were stained in room and bar area to the extent that you didn’t want to sit on them. The food shown on website was not a true reflection of that available having looked at both bar menu and restaurant...
