My room had a beautiful view the race course. I've stayed at the other two main rivals in chester (you know which one's) and this hotel is much better."

"We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very child friendly with a lending library of books and games, colouring and the staff even had little pouches of duck food to feed the swans on the canal. The pool was clean and the water was warm though the changing rooms were very cold and a little tired. This didn’t stop us having an excellent swimming experience though. All in all,...
