We really enjoyed our stay in an old mansion. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean, spacious and warm. We could hear the door closing in the corridor a few times but it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast was perfect. We would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Beautiful location, excellent parking and lovely choices of places to eat. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of quality eg coffee choice of bread, granola and much more. It was clear the owner takes pride in the services available. Highly recommended

Really nice stay here during the summer holidays. Lovely view out of our room and the bar was very nice and served decent food, even for us vegans! Would recommend a stay here :)

Couldn’t fault Andrea and Ron at Toms of Tregaron. Very friendly, helpful and made you feel at home! Lovely cosy room with a quiet road. The room was also very clean and had all the appliances that we needed. Very comfy bed and nice decor. We were out most mornings before breakfast but the menu sounded lovely! Will definitely be booking again! :)

This is my go to hotel when I visit my son at the Uni, so I've stayed multiple times. Never had a bad stay, reception is always welcoming and rooms are clean and comfortable beds. It is a 15-20 min walk from town and further to the sea but the location suits me as I like walking and the free parking is a big plus.

What a fantastic place to stay! We received a very warm welcome and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is so peaceful and scenic and we had a view of the river from our window. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed a great evening meal. I appreciated the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit the area.

We’ve just returned from 4 nights at Tangaer Cottage and couldn’t recommend it more! It was the perfect base for our family of four (children aged 3 and 10) and our dog. The cottage was spotless, cosy and incredibly well equipped. Thoughtful essentials included milk, butter, bread, hot chocolate, coffee pods, cooking supplies, toiletries and dishwasher tablets.
