Set in the peaceful West Wales village of Aberporth this idyllic 16th Century traditional hotel provides a tranquil and relaxing get away from the hubbub of the modern world.
Origionally built as a ship owner’s residence in 1820, this family run hotel is perfect for walkers, couples and families as it is located just 150yards from two golden sand beaches.
The hotel sits on a stretch of coastline in Cardigan Bay with some of the best coastal walks in Ceredigion.
Be ready to relax with a home cooked meal in our cosy bar or restaurant and enjoy a glass of wine or two!
The Highcliffe provides an ideal base for a seaside holiday or for those touring Wales.

Breakfast was delicious, bathroom immaculate, spacious room (we had Ocean View), lovely sea view obvs, relaxed atmosphere & clean room. Had everything we needed in the room too. Aberporth is a lovely town & great location to visit other harbour towns (St Davids recommended). Good coastal walks too. The bathroom handle needs changing as squeaky, & doesn't close properly.

Amazing
What an amazing B and B! Perfect location in the centre of Aberporth, approx a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable, en suite and a lovely sea view. The mattress was slightly in the harder side but not everything can be perfect.

Lovely and welcoming very accommodating Walking distance to beach lovely views full English breakfast x Room was cosy bed was luxurious and en-suite was modern and immaculate.
