Perfect airport hotel. Just a very easy short walk over a paved area to the terminal buildings. Everything was in new condition and the airport noise was minimal from the well glazed windows when closed. We did not try the restaurant. You could even check in and print your own luggage labels in the entrance hall. Excellent stay.

Well located to do everything in Berlin, whether you prefer to walk or use the tubes. Restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner or supermarkets within a couple of blocks if you want to cook.

Lovely hotel!

Lovely hotel chain, beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and bedding. There is a small kitchen which was absolutely adequate for our short stay. Our studio room was overlooking the river with amazing views - I would definitely recommend this side rather than the city view. Amazing apartment everything was brand new super clean and spacious. Everything you would want and need. Laundry facilities very good too. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay to watch the marathon!

Strongest points are close proximity to many tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, and the Franzosische and Friedrichstrasse subway stations. Also close by is a large swish indoor shopping centre with supermarket (even a post office is opposite the hotel!). The rooms are well equipped for self catering if that suits you. The place has a feel of quality well beyond its price tag.

This hotel is convenient for all transport connections. The dining room is very nice and food consistently good. Bedrooms are spacious and very quiet and beds comfortable. The only minus is the lack of cupboards and storage space, not enough for one person so you need a suitcase to use as storage and for a couple, not acceptable. This is a shame and shortsighted by the management as it lets down an otherwise very good hotel.

We did ask not to clean every day, but the they missed to clean in-between. On the day of departure staff knocked on the door to ask if it was ok to clean that day, and I had to bring to their attention that we’d be checking out soon. It wasn’t a big issue, just noticed that front this wasn’t well managed. Also, some of the cleaning staff wasn’t speaking English nor German. So, it was difficult to communicate. Large very clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice

The location suited me, given the areas I wanted to visit. Because it’s a short walk to the station getting the train from and to the airport is a synch. Also getting around Berlin City Centre was very easy. Checking in and out was very efficient, if not over friendly. Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo. Perfect for my stay. There were food outlets and a supermarket at the train station. Room was kept very clean and tidy during my stay. Would definitely come back.

It is a very clean hotel, close to the airport and S-bahn station (5 min walk). Very convenient for short stay or for whom who likes to be close to airport

We had a great stay here, very clean, comfy beds and perfect location to see many of the main sights in Berlin!
