"Great choice for an overnight stop driving further south, but next time, would like to stop for 3 nights to take advantage of the hotel bikes and cycle up and down the Mosel. Lovely sunny terrace for drinks and to eat our evening meal, and the breakfast was splendid."

"It’s a very nice property on the river front. Very, very clean! The room that we had was tiny, but OK in my opinion. It didn’t bother me but it bothered my husband. Because of the slanted ceiling, he couldn’t sit up in the bed and read (it was the top floor). Yep, that small. But, overall, I don’t think it matters too much unless it’s going to serve as a home base for somebody. I would stay there again."

"Property was great, difficult to find due to small one way roads. We were directed where to park, up/down steep hill and with limited ability it was difficult. We did get a parking ticket for being in the wrong spot, hotel needs to be more clear on where to park . Property and host were wonderful and view of the castle was amazing."

"It was a beautiful location, well decorated and kept clean. They have an incredible breakfast setup too. We were very dissatisfied with the temperature in the room. We stayed in a room with a ‘ac’ air blower that didn’t work, and due to smokers outside we could not comfortably open the doors, which had no screens available to keep out bugs. It just needs a more realistic setup for hot temperatures."

"We made a last minute reservation, looking forward to staying along the Mosel River, and were thoroughly pleased with this inexpensive, charming hotel. Our dinner in their dining room and the breakfast the next morning were excellent. The reception staff recommended that we explore the downtown area and the Bruckentor (old bridge gate), and especially the harrowing but rewarding trip up to the Ruine Grevenburg (castle ruins), and it was unforgettable. Our room overlooked the road and a football field - not super gorgeous, but cool nonetheless.
