"This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented. We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. "Just stayed for one night. Unfortunately they are shut on Wednesday so had to walk to sister pub across the river to get a meal( which was ok) Room was very good and granddaughter loved the playground "

"When we arrived the room was fine on further inspection it turned out that the TV wasn't connected to the Internet which took me ages to work out using time I could of used exploring, the room could use a lick of paint it's quiet tired looking and a hand rail would of been handy for getting into and out of the shower also the stairs upto the room are quite steep but other than that it's OK and convenient for the local attractions. "
