The owners stayed up late for my arrival as I was delayed by a Motorway closure. Couldn't fault any aspect of the stay.

Disabled double room was no bigger than a normal double room. Manoeuvring a wheel-chair around the foot of the bed was difficult and meant squeezing past the TV stand. Could not get wheel-chair along side of the bed, so had to use the other side. Shower/WC room too small to use washbasin from wheel-chair without it sticking out into the bedroom and unable to close bathroom door. Such a wonderful spot, in lovely grounds and environment. The room, bar and restaurant were all great. Clean, tidy and everyone was friendly. Ideal location for a concert at Tofte Manor, we will definitely come back!

Lovely room, tasty breakfast, friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings. Recommended.

Breakfast great...staff also great!

Beautiful grounds surround this mix of well planned old and modern hotel. A very pleasant place to stay.

Good B&B, easy to find and good meal (pre-booked) in their restaurant. Good continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, peaceful environment. A bonus of a heated outside pool.

Clean room and helpfull staff

Beautifully maintained property and an excellent breakfast.

Nice couple. Very welcoming and good breakfast. Would have preferred fresh holondaise sauce on the eggs benedict, but that's being very picky. Everything else was perfect. Thanks.

Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble and very polite.

Very friendly with good home cooked food and excellent beers.

Loved room. LOVED dove hair and body wash as forgot shampoo and it was amazing. Room service not great. No answer and took ages for a wrap. I was on a quick turnaround with work so this was quite stressful. But check in staff made it work. Amazing lunch next day. Lovely staff and delicious food.

It was all good!

A little gem! Hospitable, great food, well stocked bar, comfortable bed and a good shower. Parking a little sketchy if you're arriving after dark, but a good welcome, clear instructions and helped up the stairs to my room. Dog welcome too (no charge). Simon the landlord is the proper English gentleman, the pub is a well-established proper English pub, and I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here for a reasonably (sensibly) priced base if you're visiting this part of the world on holiday or on...
