"This hotel, while being very basic with no frills, had a super helpful staff and was VERY conveniently located by walking to everything in Southampton - the train station, ferry, museums, shopping district, etc. A shopping mall was right across the street with drugstore, food market, electronics store, clothing shops, etc. I found the hotel a perfect place to stay while I was in Southampton for a week."

"Had a lovely stay at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. The comfort chalet was booked as just somewhere to get my head down while doing other activities on the island, as the price was so good! On arrival, I was told that there had been a problem with the chalet allocated to me and so they had provided an upgrade, free of charge, which I thought was excellent!
