"The room they gave us is not the one I reserved, the staff that we dealt with while arriving was unbelievably rude. All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. Then when someone finally responded they said it would be sorted in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I got the issue resolved. "
