"We found the property clean but lacking, certainly not "Superb". The decor was sparse e.g. bare light bulbs. Negatives Bathroom: no mirror, no towel rails, only one hand towel in the property for three. Kitchen: Two sets of knives & forks for three, no large glasses or wine glasses, no fire blanket/extinguisher, no downstairs smoke alarm I could spot. "I was only there a night but used kitchen facilities shower etc all seemed clean and working. I really feel the cold so delighted to find heater in my room if I needed it. Denise was welcoming when I arrived and checked in the next morning with everyone in dining room to check things ok . "

"The property is conveniently situated just off the main road in Barnard castle, it is at the end of a dingy looking alleyway with a very tight driveway. Upon arrival, the decoration looked aesthetically pleasing but we soon realised that most aspects of the house were badly designed/ not practical.The house was not cleaned well before we arrived, we had to empty a bin in one of the bedrooms which was filled with stuff left by the previous occupier, we also tried to vacuum as the floors were...
