"Miss Jennifer front desk was amazing. I booked another night and the room I wanted to stay was already taken for another person so she asked if I could be moved to a king suite. I of course said sure . It was beautiful. The washer would not open when it was done , Miss Jennifer was able to get my clothes out . I’m so very thankfull"

"didn't like the stairs pulling away from the wall in the stairway, the 6hours we sat in the dark with water 4inches deep. the staff would not let us go to our room. need to take our meds. we stayed at the holiday inn on Sandhill Blvd Port Charlotte, Florida September 27&29th the night of the HURRICANE IAN. "The room looked clean but there was a horror smell in the room that i didnt smell in the hallway. The shower head barely spit out any water because it was clogged My stay was short so i didnt bother to say anything. Other than that, it was an ok stay"

The place had a smell like a wet dog to it and several dogs were seen in the hotel . I also observed a run down van permanently parked in the parking lot . Some seedy people were also seen here man and woman you get my drift . I’d give it a 6/10. Breakfast was a granola bar ? No carpet on floors and were dirty to walk around in bare feet . Staff was super nice and the price...

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN.
