Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you, They definitely go above and beyond. The ski guiding service that they provided was great and a real bonus. There were no restrictions on our dog and he received lots of loving attention. He had a ball. I would highly recommend the hotel and we would certainly go back. "

Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. "“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Oberes Hochbett so niedrig, das man beim Aufstehen vom unteren Bett sich den Kopf anstoßen konnte. Sauberkeit und Frühstück hat gepasst. "
