Lovely rooms & very helpful staff.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

The host was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable, loved the lounge. It was well placed for the sea front and restaurants - we particularly recommend the Thai and Italian restaurants in Carlisle Road.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay and will be recommending to anyone who is thinking of a trip to St Leonard’s. The bnb is decorated beautifully - the level of attention to detail is superb all of which is curated outstandingly. The service was excellent and our host was super helpful with local information. Our room and all amenities provided were of an excellent standard which ensured that our stay was wonderful.

Excellent little studio , has everything you need. Great location.

Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!

fantastic staff, clean room, comfy bed, i went for concert at brighton dome and is ideal. would definitely stay there again

I was very pleased with the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.

Room was great, very helpful staff. Comfortable clean bed.

Lovely stay, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me a pack lunch because I had to leave early and miss breakfast.

Lovely staff and food in pub really good. Beautiful unspoilt views from the garden. Room was small but perfectly ok for what we needed.

The location is wonderful, 3 min walk to the beach and right next to the coach station. The bathroom is pretty large and nice. Well worth of its price.

Very clean room Super polite stuff Great food, I felt like home Def coming back

Wery nice and friedly.

Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...
