"It was satisfactory even though there was only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeping barged into the room advising checkout was at 12, 2 hours early…we were still in the bed reading. Lobby area was very nice, checkin staff was very nice. However, one overnight staff acted like he was put out when we asked for a drink from the bar…only 1 person working the lobby and bar. We were the only 2 people in the bar area. Other than that is was adequate."

"Hotel was ok for the price, it is further from the city center, but the bus/subway stops are very close so it is not difficult to travel around Munich. The staff was friendly at check in and check out, the rooms was a little cramped due to it having a small desk and a small seat in the room, we could've done without those and instead with more space. There was construction going on outside early in the morning so we kept the window closed to minimize the noise, I know this is not the hotel's...

"I would not have picked this location for our leisure trip but we were part of a group tour and this was our last hotel. It's in the business area. It is beside offices of Amazon, etc so if you're on a business trip, it's good. But as a tourist, it's far from transportation unless you take a Bolt / Uber. Trains are a good 12-15 minute walk. Buses stop about 300 meters away but it's not that often. Hotel itself is standard IBIS - clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. "

"This was a quick stay getting ready to end our trip to Munich and surrounding areas. It fit the bill. Clean room and bathroom, good size. I kinda liked the self-check-in. The place is clean and quiet and convenient to the train station. "

"The beds were changed regularly which was nice. The room and bed was large. No laundry was difficult. Check in and check out was easy. The cafe is cash only and there was no sign to explain this. Overall good but not incredible. It worked for us since our needs were low."

"This is a functional, inexpensive hotel, perfect for staying one night before flying out of Munich airport. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the food in the restaurant is good, and the staff is wonderful."
