"This is a great place, they were respectful of our service animal and sought to give us a room that ( although it was pet designated) would be clean and comfortable. We had the King room with sofa bed and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Awesome place!"

"For the location (Forest City/Spindale) and the price per night, I was blown away. I thought for sure with how cheap it was there would at least be roaches in the rooms? But they were very clean, staff was friendly, and I would be happy to stay again. However, just know going into it that this isn’t the Hilton or some other upscale hotel, it’s affordable, and they do this very well."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The sheets had some blood on them and my room did not smell fresh. The only other room available was on the 1st floor. I didn’t want to be on the 1st floor. "

"Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay for a couple of nights while in town for GWU activities. This was the 2nd time staying and we have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating each time. Breakfast is simple, but several different options. Facilities are clean and welcoming. "

"Bed was comfortable and service was good. Some guests across the way were up late working on a vehicle and other guests were arguing loudly a couple doors down. Fortunately it all stopped by midnight and I was able to drown out the noise in the meantime by keeping the fan on and the TV on low. Other than some rude guests, the room was clean, had everything I needed, and I did get plenty of sleep for field work the following morining."
