"it’s okay. my room was now hoovered at all, dirty floor, checked bed for bed buds and it was safe to sleep. the heater was cold majority of night and only when i woke up after 7am i noticed it actually worked, didnt think it did. if the cleanliness of the place was better it would be a better review but staff is very helpful. cant go wrong for £40 per night."

"This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. "Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Very convenient location, as was there for the weekend for an event at motorpoint. Room was fairly clean, few aspects that could've been improved but was a bit better than I expected for student halls. I stayed on 6th Floor and still was quite noisy from the surrounding bars nearby."

"I used it for Download Festival, it’s really close and there’s a bus stop right outside so it was perfect and a bargain for the price. There’s a persistent smell of damp, but I always carry a room spray with me. Other than that, absolute bargain, lovely people, plenty of space and I’d definitely go back."
