"Excellent stay, could not fault one aspect and we can't wait to come back!"

"I wasn't provided with check in instructions, so when I arrived I felt a bit lost. I asked inside Greggs and Subway, they informed me that I had to go to the petrol station to collect my room key, it was smooth from there. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom needed a little TLC, cracks on the bath, ceiling, marks on the floor. Had free WiFi, TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and clean. Good value for money. Would stay again as very convenient for short trip"

"Rustic setting but not remote, excellent food, lovely staff,"

"For the price can't complain as you also get free parking. The room was clean and tidy with clear instructions as to how to access the room key. The restaurant is dog friendly also and food delicious. Just bear in mind it can be noisy in the room until the restaurant closes but not a massive issue."

"The Kings Arms is a lovely old pub with wonky beams and floor, but that just adds to the character of the place. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was absolutely scrumptious! The only downside is that it's next to the main street running throught the village, but this was remedied by using a good set of ear plugs at bedtime!"

"Very clean room lovely breakfast really nice proprietors would stay again"

"Friendly staff and clean and tidy room with everything I needed for the perfect holiday"

"Smashing room , staff exceptional , nothing too much trouble - definitely be back !"

"Good clean comfortable room, lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Excellent value"

"Good apartment for 3, very clean and well maintained. Both the double and single were ensuite bedrooms. Linen and towels supplied. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and pepper and salt all supplied. It saved us going shopping on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want in a good position for seafront and town and days out."

"Worst hotel I have EVER been in ! DO NOT go anywhere near it !"

"Clean room, friendly staff and good food "

"Guest house is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station, town centre shops and seafront yet situated on a quiet back street, room was on the top floor with no lift, small but great value for the budget traveller and with very friendly hosts."

"Friendly hosts, and an excellent location close to the station but also close to the sea. Very quiet."
