"It is an ok place for what you pay. If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice. "

"We didn’t enjoy parts of our stay. There were no rugs for the cold floors or hand towels in the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy our being there which made us feel uncomfortable at times. It was okay as a place to stay, not great. The first riad we weren’t offered tea upon our arrival too. "

"The people over there are very nice and very helping. The only thing is that there's no space in the room & less in the bathroom honesly there's no space between the shower and the toilet like when you shower the cover of the toilet is wet and there's no curtains for the shower. If it wasn't for that I would have give that hostel a 100%"

"By the time they finished phoning their friends to find us a room elsewhere it was late and we had to pay their friends road more. They said they were booked out since 3 days before and that they don't use ebookers. There were still 2 rooms available at their hotel on ebookers that evening."

"This riad has very friendly staff and great location in middle of the Medina . All nice Resturante close by and also very close to the beach . I booked two rooms and one of the room has bedbugs which I couldn't sleep all night . In the second night I moved to my Firend room . They servers very nice breakfast"

"It’s a house with a bunch of rooms, forgot about privacy, and you going to awake at 4:30 am every morning a mosque just a cross the street using a huge outdoor speaker to call for prayer."

"Because we arrived 20 minutes before they open (16.00 hours) we telephoned th the number given. The lady (who spoke good Englsh thank goodness) knew nothing about our booking. She said she did not deal with ebookers and certainly not had emails from them regarding a booking. The hotel was not currently open. After further conversation she said she would contact the caretaker and arrange a room for us if we returned later, which we did. The guy was very helpful and the room nice although...

"HUge and empty hotel in need a updating and cleaning. Very dirty and bed bugs. I had to change rooms 3 times and each time the beds and linens were disgusting."
