"The room they gave us is not the one I reserved, the staff that we dealt with while arriving was unbelievably rude. All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. We have no choice but to settle into whatever room that they provided."

The rooms themselves were always neat and tidy with a newly renovated feel. The front desk workers go out of their way to make our stay free of hassle.
