"Great! Very clean and comfortable. Left one hotel I wasn’t comfortable staying in for this hotel and very glad I did. The front desk was very nice and would let me store my luggage before check in so I could easily check out of the other hotel. They also helped me get a cab in the morning for the airport on my departure date. The bathroom was very nice. I loved this hotel! "

"I loved the property itself- the staff were absolutely lovely, it was conveniently located and clean. There was air conditioning and the toilets were really good. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. And the windows don’t really protect from the noise. But if you’re a deep sleeper it’s not too big an issue. "

"Very clean, spacious, enjoyed there were two bathrooms in the room. Elevator available but need to take a few steps up before available. They have a service ramp to help up the steps if needed. "

"Room and bathroom small but adequate. Thats what you get for a single room. Service was of high standard and hotel in Santa Cruz area with loads of restaurants and walking distance ( less than 5 mins) to the cathedral and alcazar."

"Wish they had a fridge or a safe in the room. Bed was smaller than a normal double bed. Room was very small as well. Other than that, very clean place, nice staff, very convenient for transportation, the big train station was a 15 minute walk. Would recommend "

"it was my first time ever staying at a hostel and it was an amazing experience. the room was clean, comfortable and inviting. i chose the women only room. it’s located in a good area that’s walkable to explore. the only thing i was confused about was that i checked in online and chose to rent towels and check in my back age before hand, however i didn’t get charged until i got there, which was fine, but i was confused whether i was charged beforehand or not. overall great experience "
