Beautiful backyard, rooms were as advertised, home itself was very nice, AC worked great, host was very helpful in pointing us to some nice golf courses, and he was very communicative when we needed him to be but left us alone otherwise. "Perfect split for late sleepers and early risers, divided by game room/lounge. Furniture comfortable and everything well stocked. There was no outside chairs or seating so bring your own chairs. I would recommend for those visiting Austin. "

But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. "Great location near our daughter. Communication with property manager was excellent!Only thing that could be improved was having outdoor furniture and somewhere to hang clothes/unpack suitcases in bunk room. Just know that even though the treehouse sleeps 7 comfortably, the main sitting area and dining table can only accommodate 4 for gathering. Enjoyed our stay!. "
